Your choice, clearly explained

Privacy on Circle Plus

You can browse and use your membership without optional analytics.

Partner applications and enquiries

Approved partner profiles and public promotions are visible to everyone. Partner billing contacts, payment verification records and delivery workspaces are private to authorised users and the Circle team.

When you send a partner enquiry, we store your name, email and message in that partner’s private inbox so they can respond. Enquiry forms and private partner workspaces are excluded from session recordings. Contact the Circle team to request correction or removal of your information.

Optional browsing insights

If you allow analytics, we use PostHog to understand which pages people visit, where they encounter problems and whether actions such as checking membership or submitting an offer succeed.

PostHog can replay the layout, scrolling and clicks on public pages. Public headings, navigation, store previews and approved catalogue text are readable, with our public site images. Other text stays masked. We block form fields, uploaded media and private account, administration and business workspaces. We do not send form contents, purchase records, discount codes, passwords or payment details as analytics properties.

If you are signed in and allow analytics, we link your sessions and errors to your Circle Plus account ID, name, email and current access and membership-check status. This helps the Circle team identify who needs help and which step failed. Signed-out visits use a random browser identifier. The link is reset on sign-out or account changes. Error events describe the failed action and type of failure; they do not include form contents or raw error messages.

In your control

Optional analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. If you previously agreed to anonymous analytics, we ask again before linking sessions to your account. Choosing Decline analytics does not affect membership access. A browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal also keeps it off.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your mind. Declining stops future optional collection and clears this browser’s analytics identifier. It does not automatically delete events already received by PostHog.

Where information goes

Circle Plus uses PostHog Cloud in the United States for optional analytics. Consenting means your permitted account details, masked browsing data and event information may be processed outside Australia.

Our service providers also receive the technical connection information needed to deliver their services. Read PostHog’s privacy information for details.

Essential account services

Sign-in, membership verification, payment handling, security checks and your saved activity are necessary to provide Circle Plus. Declining optional analytics does not turn those services off.
